I am a recent university graduate in languages, a subject area I have a real passion for. In addition to my degree subjects, I also study evening courses in Spanish and Russian and studied French, German and Chinese while at school. Having had such a wide experience of language-learning, I know the tips and tricks that my students can use to improve all their skills in writing, reading, listening and speaking. During the course of my studies, I've had the opportunity to study abroad in China as well as travel to Chinese-speaking places such as Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore, so I can bring cultural knowledge into my classes as well as language skills.

My sessions are interactive and led according to student needs, whether that be help in speaking or writing or some extra practice with reading and listening comprehension. I find real world examples of the language being used to help students understand and learn from natural and native usage that they can use in their classes and exams to achieve top marks. In addition, I prepare packs of vocabulary and grammar points for each lesson so that students have an easy summary of what they've learnt.

Based on my 13 years of experience, I think that A1 level is a very important period in language learning. When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file. After our lessons, I send you back all the additional notes and exercises that we covered in our lesson as a Word file.
