The lessons are open to both beginners and advanced learners. I am open to teach anyone, any age, abilities, or genre and the lessons can be held in English and Armenian. Not yet in German :)

I think playing an instrument, especially flute, is important for anyone, it gives inner peace, patience, and mind-growth.

Hi,

I'm Lusine, I'm a professional flutist.
I have a Master of Music in Flute Performance Degree at Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory and a Bachelor of Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory.

Throughout the years I have played with many orchestras in Yerevan, which are Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra, State Youth Orchestra of Armenia, and National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Armenia and others. And at the moment I am Principal Flautist in The Quarantine Ensemble.

I have recorded with artists like Melvin Lee Davis, Alva Copland, Vahagn Stepanyan, Armenian Singers as Inga & Anush Arshakyans, and in Film soundtracks etc...

Also, I have experience in teaching, I teach piano as well, I started my journey in music as a pianist for 10 years.
Until I fell in love with Flute and Orchestra.
And I would love to be your friend and music teacher :)

As an experienced music teacher, I offer recorder and music theory lessons for children and adults of all ages and skill levels!

Originally from Brazil, I have been teaching music for several years. A graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, I have extensive experience as a music teacher, having given private lessons and taught in music academies in Belgium and elsewhere. I develop a unique method for each student so that they can learn in a solid and enjoyable way.

The recorder is an easy instrument to learn, making it a great opportunity for children to begin their musical journey. It provides an initial introduction to musical notation and helps develop their ear. I offer students a fun and dynamic learning experience, where music is made from the very first lesson.

For adults... If you're a beginner, don't worry!
I will teach you how to produce the first sounds on your new instrument, how to blow correctly, how to adopt a good posture, etc. I will help you build, step by step, a solid basic technique that will allow you to play any piece on the flute.

If you are an advanced student or already possess a solid foundation in your instrument, I propose working on refining your technique, taking into account each repertoire. We will explore creativity and sound to produce an increasingly beautiful and eloquent musical expression.

Lessons can take place at the student's home or the teacher's home in Forest. Travel expenses are negotiable depending on the distance.

My name is Matteo and I am an Italian flutist and musicologist, based in Brussels since 2010. I graduated in modern flute at 'B. Marcello' Conservatory in Venice and at the Royal Conservatory in Brussels with Barthold Kuijken and Frank Theuns in the Baroque flute. I hold a master degree in Philosophy and Musicology as well.

I hold a PhD degree in music performance at Cardiff University, School of Music.

From 2013 till 2015, I have been teaching at the Venice Conservatory "B. Marcello", giving yearly lectures and seminaries on the historical repertoire for the flute. Since 2021, I have been appointed music curator of Coudenberg Sound Box Fest, a music festival which aims at celebrating the Belgian music heritage and takes place every year at the beautiful archeological site of the former Royal Palace of Brussels.

I recorded for Warner Classics & Erato, and a soloist for Arcana/Outhere Music ('La solitude à deux. Solos and duets by G. P. Telemann' in 2018 and 'Affect is no Crime. New music for old instruments' in 2019).

Turkish reed flute is an essential instrument of Turkish Classcial Music. It has a deep and dense culture dating from 13. century around. If you want to learn about how to perform it you first need a teacher educated by masters on this field. As of many teachers you can find online but you make sure that not every tutor meets with traditional style.
Solfege and method are inseperable parts of the lessons. So for beginners and intermediate students must follow a compotent tutor to learn about the way of classic form.
