I teach online only at the moment because of the coronavirus crisis, but after that i can teach in my home studio in Nea Peramos, Attica, or in my 2nd studio in Pireus, Attica. Also to the student's location with a little increased fee.

About Me

I am a soloist and performing artist for more than 30 years, having performed in Greece, Europe and Latin America. I continued my studies in Musicology following my desire to learn more about music in a more complete way. I continued with compositions lessons with my Harvard Phd professor Alexandros Kalogeras and i managed to earn a Master of Arts in Music for Film, Theater and Performing Arts.

National Conservatory of Athens Classical Guitar Diploma - A Prize and Honors, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Batchelor Degree in Musicology, Composition and Contemporary Music with Harvard Phd professor Alexadros Kalogeras, Ionian University Master of Art's in Music for Film Theater and Performing Arts.

My name is Alessandro, i am an Italian musician and guitarist.

I have been playing guitar for 20 years, and i am in the music business for about 5 years.

I studied music in London, where I got a Bachelor Degree from the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, and privately with people like Phil Capone, Hugh Burns, Martin Goulding, Tolis Zavaliaris, Lee Hodgson and many others.

In the last 7 years i have been touring and recording around the world with the artist Theodore.

Some of the places where i recorded include Abbey Road Studios, Church Studios (London), Clouds Hill studios (Hamburg), and i played on stages around Europe, Canada, U.S.A.

I have skills in guitar performance, Theory, arranging, composition in different style of music such as Jazz, Classical and Pop (Reggae, Funk, R&B, Metal, Fusion, Blues etc.)

My objective is to teach you how to play and experience music in the purest form and to be as creative as possible.

I'm an Irish guitarist with twenty years of musical experience, including as a rhythm guitarist in several bands. I offer guitar lessons for beginner and intermediate players. For beginners, I'll focus on basic chord structures, strumming patterns, and simple fingerpicking techniques. For the intermediate player, I offer more advanced fingerstyle tutorials in a range of styles, covering songs by Jeff Buckley, Bob Dylan, Elizabeth Cotten, John Prine, Joni Mitchell, Fleetwood Mac and Big Bill Broonzy, among others.

I also offer beginner piano lessons, covering a selection of simple classical pieces (Grieg, Bach, Beethoven) as well as some non-classical tunes (Tom Waits, Vulfpeck, etc).

With 15 years of dedicated experience in music education, I offer comprehensive lessons in electric and acoustic guitar, as well as music theory. My teaching approach is structured around a well-organized curriculum that includes personalized notes and established educational systems, such as Rockschool.
