Hello there!

I'm Peter, a professional jazz pianist from Hungary. I offer piano lessons in English or Hungarian languages, mostly focused on jazz, however other genres are also welcome depending on Your interest in music!

I'm currently finishing my master's studies in the jazz department of Sibelius Academy in Helsinki. I have experience in teaching music to children and adults, from beginner to advanced levels. I can also provide help in music theory, ear training, composing and improvisation or to help get prepared for an entrance exam in a music school.

Hey!

I'm Peter, a jazz pianist from Hungary.
Music is a huge part of my everyday life, and teaching it also became my passion. I love to see people improving their musical skills and to help to get the best out of my students. My lessons are informal and mostly contain of playing music!

I have a big experience in teaching piano (more than 18 years in total). I already have higher professional education (I graduated from conservatory in Russia), almost 10 years I taught children at music school in my homeland Russia, and last year I taught Chinese students in China at university. I teach in RUSSIAN and ENGLISH languages and a bit in FINNISH.

You don't have to have previous experience in playing the drums. You can be an absolute beginner, intermediate, or more advanced student. I also teach all ages.

I am a pianist and a piano teacher who started his teaching journey in 2016 at The Znojmo Music Institute in the Czech Republic, while being a student of Conservatory in Brno. Offering lessons for adults and children of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced students, in the conveniently located Pasila area. Our expert teachers are dedicated to developing well-rounded musicians who are passionate about piano, engaged in their music community, and make rapid progress.

Normal lesson time is 55 minutes, however we also offer shorter 30-minute classes for younger children. Lessons are available in both English and Finnish.
