I offer private violin lessons for all who are interested - every age/level is welcome. I can help with technique, personal improvement , mental and focus techniques, as well as preparing for any specific goals such as school programs/youth orchestra auditions etc.

I am part-time in Vienna, and part-time in Slovakia. I can offer both in person lessons at your home or online lessons. (I prefer online, as it is easier to schedule times and keep regular weekly lessons)

About Me

Hello! I am a violinist originally from the USA. I have been in europe for 9 years now completing my studies at conservatories in Belgium and Spain, as well as being a member of the Academy orchestra of La Scala Opera in Milan. I am now working as a first violin in the Slovak State Philharmonic and also pursuing a solo performance postgraduate diploma in Vienna with my professor Dalibor Karvay, concertmaster of the Vienna Symphony orchestra. I frequently play as a guest musician in symphonic and chamber orchestras in Spain and Slovakia.

I am a Greek violinist, originally from Thessaloniki. I have lived in Vienna since 2009 and completed my studies at the MUK Private University in the class of Lidia Baich. Before that, I studied at the Gnessin Institute in Moscow.

It's especially important to me to offer my students the opportunity to experience music and express themselves in this beautiful language during lessons. Since I myself come from the Russian school, the basic principles of the violin are combined with beautiful sound, expressiveness, and a musical character. And, of course, humor is a must!

I am an Italian pianist with a degree from the F. Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest, performances at home and abroad and international CD releases.
I offer piano accompaniment for instrumentalists and singers. The Italian version of the native language is, I can optimally support singers in the pronunciation of the Italian opera repertoire. In addition to my extensive experience accompanying singers, I have extensive chamber music experience, having performed in duos, trios and quintets and accompanying string players in auditions, competitions and master classes on many different occasions. The rehearsals can take place in English, French or Italian (basic knowledge of German).

Hi, my name is Atsu and I'd love to pass on my knowledge, my experiences and my passion to you! I started playing the violin when I was three and up until now I've studied with Fuminori Shinozaki and Simon Wiener, amongst others.

I gladly offer my assistance to you, so that you can achieve your goals efficiently. Here, it's important for me to discover your strengths together and help you develop them further. Of course, I will make sure that you have fun and you stay motivated:) Probably what's special about my lesson is that we're also going to play duets, which should help you learn to listen to other musicians and acquire the skills needed for playing in an ensemble.

In the long run: it's not just about learning the rules and correct techniques; it is also vital that you eventually learn to interpret the music on your own personal way by using your (musical) intelligence, and to have the confidence to break traditional norms. It is through the hands of artists who dare to experiment that music (like all art forms) becomes alive.

Your (or your child's) age doesn't matter that much; it's never too late to start learning! I will adapt the teaching methods individually.

I am a violinist based in Vienna with extensive performance and teaching experience. The last few years I have studied in many cities (such as Frankfurt, Brussels and Amsterdam), learning from some of the best music professors in Europe.

I offer individual violin lessons for beginners, advanced players and music students.

My particular focus is on Baroque music and historically informed performance practice. For the past three years, I have been intensively studying the Baroque violin and the music of the 17th and 18th centuries. In my teaching, I convey not only technical fundamentals but also stylistic understanding, phrasing, articulation, and the characteristic sound of Baroque music.

In addition, I naturally also teach the classical violin repertoire. Lessons cover playing technique, bowing, intonation, vibrato, scales, musical expression, and efficient practice.

I'm happy to support you with entrance exams, competitions, orchestra auditions, or when learning new pieces. Each lesson is individually tailored to your goals and skill level.
