Private yoga lessons for back and chronic pain - online
From 24.12 £ /h
I offer private yoga lessons, tailored to your body, your history and your current needs.
My approach combines movement, self-massage, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation.
Each session is tailored to the individual, with a great deal of listening and kindness.
Here, the goal is not to "do well", but to feel better in your body, session after session.
These courses are particularly suitable if:
- You suffer from acute or chronic back or neck pain
- You have stress-related tension
- You want to ease back into activity after a period of pain
- You are experiencing other issues (anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, etc.) and are looking for personalized support, at your own pace
No level required: beginners are welcome 🌿

About Me
I have been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching it since 2018. Over the years, my vision of yoga has evolved considerably: initially focused on postures, it has gradually expanded to include a more holistic and subtle approach—incorporating breathwork, self-massage, mindfulness... and above all, listening to the body as it is, with its aches, pains, limitations, and needs. Yoga allows me to feel good in my body and mind, to better manage my emotions, and to find greater balance.
I've walked this path in part because my own body guided me: a herniated disc forced me to slow down, adapt, and understand. It was this turning point that gave birth to my specialization: functional yoga for the back and persistent pain.
