Hello! I'm a passionate bellydance instructor with 7 years of experience in performing and teaching and I am here to help you. Let's make a plan that suits your needs. During my classes, I focus on perfecting techniques and providing helpful advice.

Education

I studied at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management in Ukraine as a psychologist. I have a bachelor's degree.But I like dancing more and I have certificates and awards from competitions.

Experience / Qualifications

Since childhood, I have performed at many competitions and championships, both solo and in a group. My first job as a coach was in 2018 at the "Impulse" dance school. Now I have students all over the world. I participated in many national and international competitions. I won prizes.

- “Fusion Mafia Bellydance Festival” - 2024 - India, Pune - First place;
- “Hipnosis Dance of Desert ” - 2024 - India, Mumbai - Second place. I also constantly attend various classes and master classes from famous bellydance stars to develop and improve my skills.

This course is intended for people wishing to practice oriental dance in the context of a private group.

Oriental dance is a dance of Egyptian origin, which includes many styles. Originally, it was a spontaneous and improvised dance, but today it is taught academically all over the world.

It is traditionally practiced by women, who express by this art their femininity, their vitality, but also their feelings, joys and sorrows. In general, this dance is characterized by the dissociation of the parts of the body (isolations) that can move independently of one another. Oriental dance is as good with jerky rhythms as slow and fluid.

Bellydance is not limited to movements of the pelvis: it solicits flexibility and tonicity of the bust, shoulders, arms, hands, pelvis and belly. It helps tone the thighs, relax the joints, develop the abdominals and maintain the back. Most of the work resides in the muscular contraction, this dance can be practiced at any age, in the respect of the limits of each dancer or dancer.

The course begins with a joint and muscle warm-up, followed by technical work. The basic movements are then integrated into sequences that allow you to move in space and experience the pleasure of dancing, before ending with a session of relaxation.

The history of Raqs Sharqi, the Oriental dance, originally began in the Kingdom of Egypt and was initially practiced exclusively in private chambers. Only later was this dance performed to entertain the aristocracy. The essence of the dance was a fertility ritual, and the dancer was a conduit for divine energy. I personally have loved this style of dance for a very long time. I have completed numerous training courses in Vienna and abroad, including with the world-renowned stars Hossam and Serena Ramzy (Drumzy School of Music and Dance UK), where I graduated as a professional Egyptian solo dancer. After many years of rigorous daily training, countless workshops, international performances, and shows, I have achieved the perfection of an Egyptian solo dancer and love and live it with all my heart. As an experienced Oriental dancer, I love to entertain my audience, touch their hearts, and transport them to the magical world of One Thousand and One Nights.
