For those looking for a more specific workout I am a qualified Les Mills Shspes teacher. Shapes is a low impact hybrid exercise class that incorporates elements of barre, pilates and power yoga.

Shuffle/Cutting shapes dance lessons with a super enthusiastic teacherI started my journey of learning how to shuffle/cut shapes a little over a year ago and it ignited a flame of passion in me like nothing had in a very long time. I'd say it's turned into a somewhat spiritual experience for me. Although there is of course still a lot for me to learn and improve on and I feel like my journey has just started, I feel confident that I can help others get started on their own journey. My fundamentals as well as my knowledge and understanding of the dance are pretty solid and I would never try to teach you something that is outside of my expertise. I think at the end of the day though, the most important thing with dance is to just have fun and to learn to find confidence and freedom in your expression through it, so most of all I hope I can help you find that.
