3. Food: It has to be according to your objective and your lifestyle. Our sports nutrition advisor will be able to advise you on nutrition issues. We can also recommend medical professionals.

Consult about setting up an online training plan so that you can do it at the time of day you can and the time you have available. In this case, the training is sent once a week in PDF format via email or WhatsApp with the pertinent modifications to achieve your goal, plus links to videos so that you can correctly execute the exercises.
