I offer a unique combination of Booty techniques such as Twerk, Wine, Jiggle or Shake as well as flexibility training, to help you achieve confidence in your dance. My teaching combines technique training, body awareness and mobility to help students perform dance movements with control, rhythm and expression. I work with a mix of explanation, demonstration and practical exercises so that movements can be built step by step and truly understood.

A typical session begins with a warm-up and mobility exercises, followed by technique training for hip movements like Twerk, Wine, Jiggle or Shake. We then practice variations and combinations to develop rhythm, control and expression. I also integrate stretching and mobility exercises to improve flexibility and stability.

Creating a supportive and relaxed learning atmosphere is very important to me.
