I am a patient and polite ESL teacher from South Africa. I like working through things in a caring encouraging way with students. I strive to be prompt and efficient in my teaching methods. Being a pianist and a piano teacher, I already have lots of experience with teaching and pedagogical approach with the whole range of ages.

In case of a middle-level speaker, the lesson will cover all four language's abilities: listening, speaking, writing and reading. My suggestion of a well planned lesson is, for any level, to divide it into two parts: grammar first and then conversation (covering all the abilities mentioned above).

My name is Joana. I am a native Spanish teacher, with a degree in Spanish Literature and Language and a Master's degree in Spanish as a foreign language (UNED Faculty).
■ Since 2009 I have been working at the Cervantes Institute as an OFFICIAL EXAMINER of DELE diplomas (Diploma in Spanish as a Foreign Language)
(I am fluent in French, so during the course I give all the necessary explanations in French on grammatical rules or vocabulary.
Having extensive teaching experience, I prepare students/adults for all levels of the DELE Spanish Diplomas and for all official Spanish exams within Universities.

For adults, I offer online "Free Talk" classes. These classes are very popular and are ok for any age. I currently have a group class of people aged 60s to 80s. If you want to talk about daily life, news, hobbies, traveling, etc. and enjoy speaking English, then this is a good class to do it. Usually a 1-hour class is best as it gives plenty of time. If a shorter, or longer, class is better for you I can do that too. Just ask :)
