I have been teaching online since March 2020 and have since upgraded my equipment to ensure greater comfort for my students: headphones with a microphone (high-quality sound), a graphics tablet connected to an interactive whiteboard, a camera/document viewer, and front lighting to minimize harsh shadows.
Having also a first literary course (LEA English-German Masters), I was able to pass within the framework of National Education a complementary double certification allowing me to teach SVT in English and German. If you need SVT courses in these languages, please let me know in advance of the topics you want us to address.
I am available on long time slots during the week and on weekends, during school periods but also during the holidays, where I offer intensive internships if necessary.
Please respect the reserved hours. The courses are adjustable in advance. Any course canceled less than 24 hours in advance is due at 50%. Indeed, the time that I could waste managing multiple cancellations and rescheduling of courses is time that I cannot put to the service of the success of my students.

1) Future parents planning a baby to overcome their fears, their blocks and their limiting beliefs, in order to approach parenthood more serenely, to find their place and to assert themselves in their parenting, by putting meaning and awareness into their choices and actions.
2) Young parents who have had a disappointing or destabilizing first experience with the arrival of their first child (overly medicalized birth, feeling like they were passive rather than active participants in the birth, feeling lost amidst conflicting advice, fears related to the awareness of parental responsibility in a fast-paced world that sometimes seems to go awry, etc.). I help them make sense of their feelings and find their place as parents to their first child(ren), and approach a potential future pregnancy with greater peace of mind, by making clear choices and setting priorities in line with their values.
This coaching approach draws on my 15 to 20 years of experience supporting young people and their families, my active listening skills, my ongoing coaching training, and my knowledge of physiological childbirth and child psychology. It also draws on my own experience as a mother and on in-depth personal work using Jungian principles.

My support helps to master the medical vocabulary related to pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, perineal rehabilitation, and baby symptoms during visits to the PMI or doctor.
