Learn to become conversational in Korean with a native speaker
From 19 £ /h
Hi, my name is Miru and I speak English and Korean. My parents are Korean but I was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. Currently, I am a studying film and media in the UK.
As a native speaker myself, I'll teach you grammar and Korean to a conversational level. My goal is to get students to speak more than me in lessons so that they can get as much practise in as possible. We can talk about absolutely anything! I'm very passionate about music, design, art, film, as well as other topics like food. I can teach you what Korean culture is like and share information on the cuisine, the modern society and Korean entertainment. If you are an absolute beginner, don't worry, anyone can pick up Korean. In no time, you will surprise yourself with how much you can speak in Korean. I'm more than happy to use my own lesson material or focus on what students would specifically like to learn.

About Me
- I love languages. I speak Korean and English at home and throughout high school, I took Spanish lessons.
- I've taken Spanish lessons via Skype before so I know what works great when it comes to learning a language. Talking in the language as much as you can is a great way to learn quickly. I'll encourage Korean conversations in lessons and also focus on grammar and vocab.
- Asides teaching Korean, I am a film and digital media student and I love music, theatre and films.
