I offer personalised Italian Literature lessons for students who want to improve their understanding of literary texts, analysis and written expression.

Lessons can include the study of authors and literary movements, text analysis, themes and historical context, essay writing, oral presentations and exam preparation. I adapt each lesson to the student’s level and school programme, helping them develop both stronger analytical skills and greater confidence in expressing their ideas.

As a native Italian speaker with experience in education, I aim to make literature engaging, accessible and connected to its wider cultural context.

Lessons can be held online or in person, depending on location and availability. Before the first lesson, I like to understand the student’s level, goals and any specific difficulties they would like to work on, so that I can prepare lessons accordingly.

I am happy to work with students of different ages and levels, including school support, homework, revision and exam preparation. Lessons can be conducted in English or Italian.

I am flexible and approachable, and I encourage students to ask questions and actively participate throughout the lesson. My aim is to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, learning and building confidence.

About Me

I am a passionate and experienced educator with an international background, having worked in schools in both Switzerland and Italy. I have experience teaching Environmental Science, Geography, English and Italian at all levels, and Biology in middle school. I enjoy adapting my lessons to the individual needs, level and learning style of each student.

My academic background is in Environmental science and Mountain Management, and I am also completing an iPGCE in Education. I particularly enjoy making subjects clear and engaging, helping students build confidence, understand difficult concepts and develop effective study habits.

I am fluent in Italian and English and comfortable working with students from different cultural backgrounds.

Outside of teaching, I am passionate about painting, hiking, photography and travelling. I love spending time in nature and the mountains, and I also enjoy creative activities such as drawing, crafts and working with natural materials. I believe these interests bring creativity, curiosity and a practical perspective to my teaching.
