I am a very well qualified maths teacher, with a first class degree in Mathematics (University of Birmingham) and a Masters in Teaching Studies. I have been teaching maths in UK schools for the past five years and am very familiar with all aspects of the A Level syllabus. I am a very patient teacher who explains mathematics topics clearly and am very confident in breaking down difficult concepts to make them easier to understand.

About Me

I am a very well qualified maths teacher who has a passion for teaching and learning mathematics. I have a lot of experience working with children and young adults of all confidence levels in mathematics. I have a very patient teaching style and am used to breaking down difficult concepts into smaller more understandable ideas.

As well as being a keen mathematician, I am a very active person. I like walking, running, climbing, skiing, paddleboarding, swimming... I enjoy sewing, knitting and being creative. I also love to read, mainly fiction, and I like to cook tasty vegetarian food.

My experience is too long and for years, I have learned methods for each case and for each student to fill their gaps with the best results of Excellent, Very Good, and Good as mentioned by my students.

I hold a PhD in Mathematics from the School of Mathematical Sciences of Queen Mary University of London and I am an a Qualified Teacher (QTS) in the UK. I have been a tutor for college and high school students for 3 years now, in private lessons and group tutoring. I am particularly attentive to students who lack confidence or have learning difficulties, and I am always happy to adapt to them and show them that they are capable.

French can be hard to learn especially if you don't have some motivation to do it. This is why I think that helping people learning it can make people appreciate the process of learning. I also did a Scientifique Baccalauréat (Math, Physics and Chemistry) and I study Economics and Management, I'll be able to teach Math until A-Levels.
