My Brazilian Portuguese classes are designed for students who want to communicate naturally and confidently while developing a solid understanding of the language.
As a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker with a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from UNICAMP, I combine practical communication with clear explanations of pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and language structure.
Each lesson is adapted to the student’s level, goals, and learning pace. We can work on conversation, listening comprehension, pronunciation, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary in an integrated and progressive way.
For beginners, I focus on building a strong foundation from the start, especially in pronunciation, basic grammar, and everyday communication. For intermediate and advanced learners, lessons can focus on fluency, natural conversation, grammatical accuracy, writing, and a deeper understanding of Brazilian Portuguese as it is actually spoken.
I use authentic materials whenever appropriate, including dialogues, videos, songs, articles, and cultural content, so that students are exposed to real and contemporary Brazilian Portuguese.
Classes can be tailored to different goals, including travel, university, work, interviews, relocation to Brazil, relationships, or simply an interest in Brazilian language and culture.
