KS1, KS2, KS3 Religious Studies, Spelling, Punctuation & Grammar Tutoring
From 24 £ /h
I specialize in tutoring Religious Studies, with sub-topics such as Islam, Christianity, Sikhism and Philosophy. This is for GCSE exams. I also teach this subject to KS1 and KS2 students. Alongside, I will be providing support with the use of correct spelling, punctuation and grammar as marks can be reduced in exams for poor and inaccurate use. My goal is to keep students challenged, but not overwhelmed. I assign homework after every lesson and provide progress reports to ensure students are knowledgable in they’re improvement. Additionally, these reports will help provide myself with areas they need to improve on so further tutoring lessons will be based on those aspects.

About Me
• I have the skill of adapting my teaching methods to the ways in which students learn, as I understand every student has their own unique way of learning. The interpersonal skills I hold play a significant part in my ability to achieve this.
• Further skills I have is good time-management. This is a very important skill to possess as there are many deadlines that must be met for the student, and to be able to meet these deadlines effectively, as a tutor you have to manage your time appropriately within and outside the hours of the job. Any delays can leave you with more work to complete and can add further pressure to yourself as well as the students.
• Good organisational skills are another key skill which I possess. I have picked up this skill and refined it well during my time in education and in my work experience. By being organised you can complete tasks quicker and more efficiently, as it reduces any anxiety and stress which are difficult problems that one can face, and provides you with extra motivation to do as much work as possible and to your best standard. This will consequently reflect on your attitude when in the working and learning environment, surrounded by children.
