Hi ! My name’s Carole. I’m a native speaker and fully qualified English trainer/coach with over 18 years’ experience in teaching. I specialise in Business English, interview preparation and training for EFL/ESL exams like TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, Cambridge exam, and now do all personal language training online. Prior to moving to France in 2001, I had to achieve a minimum level in French to work here, so I totally understand the difficulties learners face and know what you need to do to succeed. Helping people gain confidence and improve their ability to communicate and work in English, as well as achieving success in their studies and exams, gives me a great deal of satisfaction and pleasure.

In addition to online lessons, I offer all my students access to a wide range of resources that I’ve developed, from study guides with exams tips and techniques to PPTX presentations and videos. For example, in tests with speaking and writing tasks, like TOEFL, I provide model templates and samples of model answers to show you how to get the best possible scores. If you need help preparing for an interview in English, I can coach you for success every step of the way (CV/résumé, cover letter, roleplay interview questions).

I think everyone is aware how important English is in the international business world today. Indeed, many people need to get minimum scores in EFL tests, like TOEIC and TOEFL, to progress in their careers or to be able to work in other countries.
