In these sessions I will be offering advice, corrections and feedback on all kinds of academic writing, essays, and other types of assignments.

I am a published academic with experience of supervising University-level written work as well as EPQ supervision. As such, I am able to advise on a number of subjects outside of my own field of expertise.

I have also qualified as an ELF teacher and taught English in a number of countries in Europe and East Asia.

Film Studies A Level and AS Level tuition/guidance

These classes will guide you through the texts and exam specifications for the current A and AS level Film Studies curriculum. The classes will involve a mixture of discussions (group and/or individual), viewing sessions of films and film excerpts, exam practice and feedback on written work.

About me: Since obtaining my PGCE from Oxford University, I have spend the last three years working in an Outstanding rated secondary school in Oxfordshire as an English teacher. I have taught every year group (7-13) and carried responsibility for ensuring top grades in examination classes. A graduate of English Literature, I am currently undertaking a CELTA qualification to further hone my language skills!
