About Me
Holder of a MASTER in Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activity (STAPS), I specialized in Training and Motor Sciences. I studied and got my bachelor's degree at the University of Paris-Saclay before graduating with a master's degree from the prestigious Università "Foro Italico" in Rome. I have also been a BAFA holder since 2017.
I have been a coach and physical trainer for six years, having notably lent my services to the side of the Paris-Saint-Germain club in France and the Club Olimpico Romano in Italy.
I lived between France and Italy for many years while taking classes for 3 years in high school. I also spent my entire 2022-23 year in Rome to complete my Masters. During my year I was lucky to only be in contact with locals, my roommates, my friends and my colleagues were Italian. All this knowledge allowed me to gain a lot of experience and to travel to different parts of Italy. I therefore know Italian well and Italy which is a wonderful country with a fascinating population and the best way to discover them is to speak the language.
The language barrier does not exist for me because thanks to my background I am trilingual French, English and Italian.
Whether as a coach or an animator, I had the chance to work with all ages and all levels and I always derive the same pleasure from it.
