My football sessions are creative and fun. Main purpose is to develop children' s agility, balance and coordination following the FA 4 Corners Model. Sessions can be done online or held in the nearest park for your own convenience. I am FA Licensed coach with Portuguese, Brazilian and English background.

Playing professional football over 15 years, most notable Liverpool Fc i understand what it takes to make it in the game, not only the physical but he mental skill and discipline. But even if the goal isn't to be pro, there's many transferable skills that are applicable to life, structure, dedication, health, mental health and purpose. I love being active and like working with like minded people who want to improve! Lets workout together.

As a UEFA B qualified coach, I enjoy supporting the development of other coaches as much as I enjoy coaching players. My approach focuses on helping coaches create positive, player-centred learning environments where individuals are encouraged to think, make decisions and develop confidence alongside their technical ability. Rather than simply delivering sessions, I believe in sharing ideas, asking questions and helping coaches reflect on their own practice so they continue to develop long after a coaching session has finished. I encourage coaches to balance performance with enjoyment, adapting sessions to meet the needs of different age groups and abilities while maintaining high standards. By promoting effective communication, thoughtful session planning and continuous learning, my aim is to help coaches build environments where both players and fellow coaches can thrive, develop and reach their potential.

Football is becoming a highly advanced and competitive field, and upcoming footballers need to stay ahead of the game and being fit and constantly proactive in learning new skills in football. Using my updated FA and other accredited sources, I can help you become the best footballer you can be.

"To achieve a different result, you have to be willing to do things you've never done before." You have to be open to changing the habits that are holding you back. You may have talent, but talent alone isn't enough. If you want to develop your potential and get closer to a career in football, you must be ready to fully commit, like a player who builds their success through hard work, discipline, and sacrifice (Example: Mr. Cristiano Ronaldo). This can involve your nutrition, motivation, commitment, consistency, open-mindedness, honesty, or even trying exercises you've never done before. A COACH JUST FOR YOU: I'm not promising you any miracles: I'm providing you with tools, a method, and support, but you're the one who has to do the work. The more serious and consistent your efforts, the greater your chances of progressing and achieving your dream. My coaching doesn't replace your current coach; it complements them. Your coach manages a group and builds a team. I dedicate myself solely to YOU, your progress, and your personal goals, like a second coach completely devoted to you. My role is to guide you and help you get closer to your objective. MY JOURNEY: I have a UEFA C football coaching license, national coaching experience with youth and adult teams of all kinds, as well as a French MBA in wealth management, and US diplomas as a hip - sacrum - pelvis specialist and as a "Life Coach". I also have training programs from Chelsea FC and experience in analyzing players and solutions passed on to Manchester United FC. My multidisciplinary background allows me to approach your development from several angles: football, technique, mobility, mental, nutrition and personal organization.
