Improve your speeches in public and in meetings / Paris
From 85.74 £ /h
Public speaking is one of the scariest things for human beings. For some, it can be extremely debilitating and hinder their careers.
But this apprehension concerns a very large percentage of the population and crosses all categories of age, gender or socio-professional background. If you are in this case, you can therefore start by reassuring yourself: you are not alone!
The second good news is that it can be worked on! It is by practicing that you will learn to lower your stress level, to be more aware of what you have to do and to prepare yourself well.
To practice, I offer private lessons: a caring and demanding framework that will allow me to adapt to your specific needs. Once you have understood your fears and learned to overcome them, speaking (in public, in meetings) may become a great source of pleasure!

About Me
Performing and vocal artist, I play regularly in Belgium and abroad; mainly in the context of public readings, performances (spoken or sung), stage creations and radio broadcasts.
My practice is centered on the relationship between writing and voice. How can we make a written text sound natural? It is a fascinating question, which I engage in as an artist and which I love to convey. It is always extraordinary to build a bridge between a person (their body, their voice, their posture in space, their sensitivity) and what he or she has to say!
In recent years, my artistic practice has been enriched by a musical approach and the exploration of several vocal techniques. This knowledge is very valuable for the oral expression work that I pass on.

Education
I come from the world of stage and theater. I studied acting at the Ecole Supérieure d'Art Dramatique (Paris) and directed at the National Superior Institute of Performing Arts (Brussels). I also studied Modern Literature, Dramaturgy and I have been singing for many years.
I have built my approach to voice with a variety of practices, such as Kristin Linklater's natural voice method, biodynamic approach and vibratory singing transmitted by Nadine Rodilla, the legacy work of the Roy Hart Theater (musical theater) taught. by Joseph Clark, the traditional polyphonic song transmitted by Dounia Depoorter or jazz singing with Marie-Sophie Talbot.
Today I am part of several groups including the "Hot bodies choir" directed by Gérald Kurdian.
