Whether your goal is fitness, weight management, boxing technique, confidence, conditioning or general health, sessions are tailored to your individual needs and experience level.

Classes combine boxing drills, pad work, movement, footwork, cardiovascular conditioning, strength exercises and technical skill development in a supportive environment.

Beginners are welcome and no previous boxing experience is required. More experienced participants can focus on advanced combinations, defensive skills, ring movement and boxing-specific conditioning.

Sessions can be adapted for fitness-focused clients who want the benefits of boxing training without sparring, as well as those looking to develop technical boxing skills.

My coaching approach combines evidence-based fitness principles, behaviour change strategies and personalised progression to help clients achieve sustainable results.
Extra information
Boxing gloves and hand wraps can be provided if required. Please advise before the session so equipment can be prepared. Comfortable sports clothing and suitable training shoes are recommended.
