Maths for kids and teens ( 11+, GCSE and A-Level (7-18))
From 46 £ /h
The objective is to give teenagers and adults a solid foundation in the fundamentals of Mathematics, covering topics in the specification for A-Level, 11+ and GCSE exams, specifically the Edexcel, CSSE and AQA exam boards. Small tests, quizzes and mock exams will be set in order to see what students are struggling with and to help highlight areas of struggle. Geometry, Trigonometry, Algebra, Calculus, Statistics and Mechanics will all be covered in sufficient detail. About Me
I am a first year University Student studying Aerospace Engineering at UCLAN. I have always had an avid passion for Maths, which was a huge factor in my decision to study Engineering at University. While at University, I noticed that a lot of my peers had gaps in their knowledge about the foundations of Maths and so decided to tutor a few of them in order to help. Their knowledge of the harder subjects such as Integration, Differentiation and Complex Numbers grew and majority also improved in their confidence in the subject.
I am able to teach in person in PRESTON as well as online anywhere else.
