Hi, I'm María, I'm 23 years old and I have a degree in the specialty of cello. I studied the career at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Aragón, and I am currently studying a Master of Interpretation at the University of Codarts, Rotterdam.
I have received classes from important national and international cellists and have played with national and international orchestras.
Teaching has always been a point of interest for me. At the same time that I was studying my degree, I was teaching cellists of all ages, which is why I have experience in the educational field.

About Me

Hello future students,

I'm Maria, a 25-year-old girl from Huesca who goes around different places with the cello.

Currently, I am living in Palma de Mallorca, because I am playing with the Orchestra of the Balearic Islands. During my free time I would love to have students to be able to express the potential and adapt to the needs of each one. The classes are totally individualized, adapting them to the level, objectives, needs of each one. The duration may vary and can be online or face-to-face.

I have always really liked teaching and seeing the evolution of the students, as well as learning from this whole process together.

Education

My musical training began at the age of 5, the truth is that I was a very restless girl and music managed to keep my concentration.

Little by little I liked it more and I continued my training outside of Spain, in London when I went to an academy for young musicians. After that experience I did my higher education in Spain and when I finished I continued my studies in the Netherlands, doing a master's degree in research and interpretation in Rotterdam and finishing the master's degree as an academician in the Orchestra of the Balearic Islands, once here I am still curious about give classes and have students who can help in the most humane way possible

You could find very fun and interesting excercies for improving your coordination while learing intriguing drum beats!But also...you are a fan of progressive music but you're having troubles playing that weird odd-meter...I'll show you how simple and easy can be to play that 5/8!
