I started my degree in Physical Education in Brazil, but left to move to the United States in 2014 to learn English before I finished. A few months later I found myself in Boston getting certified for NASM, which enabled me to be able to train people individually and to organize small training groups.
With the intention of taking fitness anywhere, I've organized fitness classes for a group of employees at Harvard University.
I I taught classes at two big fitness studios in Miami, Florida. Helping hundreds of people to reach their maximum potential, physically and mentally.
The motivation I found in myself to change years ago, I want to bring to other people and prove that they can become the best version of themselves.
