Currently studying at ESSEC from August to next January, I offer piano lessons at home for people of all ages wishing to learn the piano as well as music theory/music theory at a beginner or intermediate level.

I studied at the Paris Conservatory for 12 years in piano and music theory.
I obtained the CEM (Certificate of Musical Studies) Cycle 3, with honors in music theory, as well as my BEM (Certificate of Musical Studies) Cycle 2, with honors in Piano.

I like to teach and know how to show pedagogy. I can offer books and scores to help you progress or otherwise help you with your current scores.

For those who want to learn pop and jazz, you will learn chord structure, progression. Different ways of playing the left hand such as arpeggios for rhythmic grooves and for comping. I will also teach you to incorporate chords on the right hand when playing melodies.
Lessons can be conducted at your location. Lower price if done at tutor’s home.

Experienced in teaching beginners and to adults with 0 background.
For intermediate players, teaching focus will be more than just reading the notes, will teach in an artistry approach to let students have full understanding on the expression, background of the music etc.

The theremin is a unique electronic musical instrument that is played without being touched. It is played by manipulating electromagnetic fields with the hands to create different pitches and volume levels

Hello! My name is Weng. I started playing the piano at 4 years old and obtained my Trinity ATCL Diploma (Distinction) in Piano at 15 and my ABRSM Grade 8 Piano (Distinction) at 13. I have been awarded Young Musician of the Year (Hong Kong), and obtained Gold, Gold, and Silver (2011, 2012, 2014) in the Hong Kong Youth Piano Competition.

I have 5 years of teaching experience (ages 3 to 50+) and can travel to your home (Bukit Timah area only, near KAP preferred). I normally teach at students' homes in the surrounding areas as my studio is undergoing renovation. Weekday evenings are preferred. Online lessons are also available.

Having learned the piano since the age of 5, I cultivated a strong sense of interest and passion in music, obtaining my ABRSM Grade 8 Piano practical certificate before finishing my secondary education. I also hold an ABRSM Grade 8 Music Theory. To improve myself as a performer and to acquire in-depth knowledge about music and piano playing, I have gone on to obtain my ABRSM Diploma (DipABRSM) in piano performance as well as LCM Diploma (DipLCM) in piano performance.
