Is this class I offer English lessons from beginner to advanced level.
We can focus on grammer, pronunciation, vocabulary and spelling through English literature, making conversation and listening to your favourite music.

If you are interested, we could also focus on using English in a professional setting such as writing e-mails or dealing with English speaking clients in an appropriate way.

I also offer cultural perspective as I have lived in the UK for five years.

My name is Poppea, I am 23 years old and I was born and raised in Amsterdam.
I've been singing all my life, there is nothing I love to do more!

I also have a theatre background and I always bring that experience with me to stage. I have performed in any kind of venue, bars, concerthalls, jazzclubs, weddings, festivals..

After I studied jazz at the conservatoire of Amsterdam I moved to London to study performance and composition at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

I have and always will love music and I cannot wait to meet each other and share our love and passion for music!

Even though I study jazz, I am also experienced with Folk, R&B, Soul, Pop, Country, Hip-Hop, actually any kind of genre!
I find it the most important in my lessons that the student feels free and safe to explore their own artistry and voice. I will always help to support the student in becoming the best singer they can be, whatever that might look like!

Making music is creative - playing an instrument really isn't. I have played the acoustic guitar for 2 years now and am willing to pass on this skill to like-minded people. In my lessons, we will focus on chords and chord progressions so that you will be able to play and arrange any song you like. After that, you'll have the chance to fine-tune these skills by e.g. finger-picking or percussive slaps. This course is for beginners with little to no experience with the guitar.
