I worked as a physical preparation assistant in the Tennis area of the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, I carried out various activities in the soccer area at said university for several years and then entered the field of sports fitness working in different functional training and bodybuilding rooms.
I currently teach physical training at a figure skating school in Quito and I work in several companies giving classes on joint mobility and physical conditioning in awareness campaigns about physical activity in the workplace as a measure of health and well-being.
