I've always had a love for experiencing new things and seeing new places. Since a young age I have been travelling to Turkey with my family which is where I think my love for exploring the world began. Since then I've taken part in a course at Manchester University to study the Turkish language. I've also travelled to many countries in Europe as well as Asia/America and Oceania.
I also have a strong passion for music and sport. I've been working as a Personal Trainer and musician for 5 years.

I studied music and law at college, since then I've completed the 130 hour TEFL course and Beginner's Turkish at Manchester University.

I've been teaching English one on one in and around Manchester since 2018. I've also been teaching sport and music (mainly guitar) for over 10 years.

Hi guys! nice to meet you all, I'm an active, positive and focused guy. I pride myself on being organised for lessons, I spend a good amount of time planning classes to make sure that every learning experience is effective, interesting and new each time! I love getting to know my students, sharing stories and experiences then discussing our passions using the target grammar.

I've worked in a variety of jobs over the years (especially since the pandemic) so have had a lot of experience thatI love to share with students. I feel having the experiences of different work places can be really useful in discussions. Sharing opinions, comparing different work areas, jobs etc can be a great talking point when practicing English.

This is Ricco from Istanbul, Turkey.

I am a professional guitar instructor who also is playing in various stages with different bands currently.

I have a solid 10 years of guitar experience in all genres, from pop to rock & blues and so on. Besides playing electric guitar professionally with different bands, I am also giving professional hands-on guitar lessons for the guitar enthusiasts.

There is one major rule for my guitar lessons which is ALL LESSONS ARE IN ENGLISH !!!

This is why most of my students are either childrens of expats working in Istanbul or students studying in colleges and private schools whose official language is English.

If you are interested in learning how to play guitar (either classic, acoustic or electric), please feel free to get in touch with me.

Hi everyone! I’m presently a student of Genetics and Bioengineering in Istanbul Bilgi University. As majority universities are leaning towards English as the primary source of instruction in Istanbul, I feel it is important to have full command over the language. Based on my 13 years of experience, I think that A1 level is a very important period in language learning. When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file.
