I am an independent artist and cellist based in Utrecht since four years ago. I completed my Masters in Music at the HKU Utrecht Conservatory. Since my youth I have combined music with art. I have experience in all drawing and painting techniques and I specialize in realistic style.

About Me

making everything UNIQUE and PERSONAL. "

I developed both MUSIC and PAINTING at the same time since I was a child. I grew up dreaming of being a professional cellist at the same time I was taking refuge in a workshop to fully explore my drawing and painting skills.

I studied until my Bachelor in Barcelona but now I am based in Utrecht (The Netherlands), where I studied my Master of Music at the HKU Utrechts Conservatorium focused especially on the XX's music. I compliment this contemporary style with baroque cello and chamber music.

Playing the cello was the first decision I took as a kid the moment I innocently started saying that I wanted to play 'THE BIG VIOLIN'. Since then, music has come along with my LIFE journey. I discovered a lot playing in symphonic orchestras as well as doing chamber music. Traveling has also given me the opportunity to meet top musicians of the instrument I dedicate all my life.

DRAWING still life paintings at home when I was 7 was my starting point. Because of that, my parents brought me to a WORKSHOP: Grup d'Art Els Coloristes.

· WHO I AM?
I am a freelance cellist who is also an artist and has lived in Utrecht for three years. I finished my Master in Performance at the HKU Utrechts Conservatorium (Netherlands). Previously, I graduated from the Liceu Superior Conservatory of Barcelona. I always try to adapt my lessons to my students so that they can get the most out of it. I prepare the classes in detail and monitor my students during the week.

· MY EXPERIENCE:
When I lived in Barcelona, I worked at a music school giving cello lessons to several students. It was great and I miss it so much! During my Master's degree I did my internship at the Young Talent Orchestra (Rotterdam) as a cello teacher in the cello and strings section.

I am a qualified professor of art education, with a masters degree in arts and pedagogy. I have two art schools and I was taught by the best art teachers from the world known Charles University and Sorbonne University.

I will help you develop your personal unique style and if needed, help to prepare you for your art academy applications.

We will start from the very basics of drawing, building your own canvas, classical painting, rules of painting from old masters, contemporary painting, figural, figurative and abstract art too. My lessons can be executed in my home, outdoors in nature or in your own comfort of your own home.

I'm a pastel artist and I specialize in realistic pastel painting.
My favourite subject to paint is portraiture but I love all kinds of subjects, from wildlife, landscapes to still-life.

I'm based in Apeldoorn, Netherlands and I'm currently accepting new students.

My lessons can either be in person at my studio or online via Zoom meetings.

You are free to choose what you want to learn, any specific subject or any pastel technique can be taught in isolation and you can also take a complete lessons program from beginner to advanced level.

Every student is at a specific stage on their artistic progression so I analyze their current level and develop a plan to help them improve in the fastest way possible.
