About Me

I spend many years as a successful business woman within multinational companies. I did an MBA at INSEAD. Since almost 10years, I interview prospective students.
I spent 4 years as a Life and Career Coach. Especially looking at being aligned with one's life mission and the practicality of how to get there.
Today I am an entrepreneur, I founded my own company and I like to give talks about leadership.

Education

Knowing who you are is a fundamental process to becoming a good leader.

While I have the papers: I did an MBA at INSEAD in 2010 and completed a BA at the HSG University of St.Gallen.

I like to see my education as being on the job. I did spend many years in multinationals understanding how a corporate career looks like and living it.

But what makes me truly different, are 4 years of my life spent understanding personal growth and development. Going through it myself first hand, I then accompanied many people on their journey to finding who they are and where they want to go in life.

My experience is thus hands-on. I have seen that often times one has wishes, dreams or aspirations and it can be hard to get there. Sometimes we set ourselves roadblocks, tough challenges. Sometimes, we desperately want something, but truly we need something else. For each of us the reasons are unique.
