Beginner to advanced one-on-one private tuition on Brass instruments.There is no age too young or old to start your musical life, and I believe the best way to do that is to play something loud and shiny. I have nearly 10 years of experience performing with some of the top orchestras in the United Kingdom, and have been teaching beginners to pensioners during that time too. My main instrument is French Horn, but I am happy to teach all Brass. All that is required of you is passion practice!

About Me

Born in Portsmouth, UK. I grew up surrounded by music, being involved in as many different Orchestras as I could find, along with playing rugby too (A risky combination). When I was 18 I decided to take my music further, and enrolled in the Royal Northern College of Music for a degree in French Horn Performance. Whilst still studying, I started a freelance career, performing with Orchestras such as the Hallė, BBC Philharmonic, English National Ballet and many more.
I moved to Vienna in 2025 after completing a performance diploma at the Brass Academy, Alicante, Spain.

Hello, my name is Pia and I'm a flautist. :) I started learning the flute at the age of 8. I loved it right away, so after music school, I continued my studies at the conservatory in Maribor (Slovenia). I then studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz. In 2024, I completed my bachelor's degree at the Gustav Mahler Private University in Klagenfurt. There, I earned a degree in concert performance and a degree in instrumental pedagogy.
During my studies, I also completed a specialization course in early music, majoring in transverse flute. Therefore, I also offer lessons for beginners on this beautiful baroque instrument.
During my studies, I had several private students with whom I explored the sounds of the flute and various genres (classical, pop, jazz, folk music, improvisation, etc.). My lessons are relaxed and communicative, full of collaborative music-making.
