I am convinced, from personal experience, that it is by (re)connecting to the body and giving it what it needs to be healthy that we can live a life that pleases and fulfills us. I offer you, through this vision, a Hatha Yoga class that allows you to connect to your senses, your body and your mind to better let go of everyday thoughts. I am a certified Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga teacher who gives yoga classes in the province of Liège. After years of practice, I decided to train in India to obtain my 200-hour Teacher Training. I teach fluid yoga, for all ages and levels, in which the poses are ideal for strengthening, stretching and softening the body. We can practice more challenging poses like inversions or handstand poses, or practice gentle yoga with grounding, calm movements. I put a lot of attention on breathing and body coordination, for a fluid and concentrated practice. The aim of this practice being above all to achieve a mental balance which allows us to see life in a more positive and thoughtful way, I integrate, in addition to poses, breathing exercises and meditation.

If you don't know your type of working memory, don't worry, I have the skills to determine it with you, together! With a master's degree in modern languages and literature, I have been a primary school English teacher, extracurricular activity leader and educational coordinator for over 6 years. In my spare time, I also offer remedial classes to primary and secondary school students, as well as private lessons to anyone wishing to learn or reconnect with English. For the students, I can of course adapt the sessions on the basis of the material covered in class, while offering a more fun approach and support.
