My name is Viji,I take Hatha yoga classes for beginners and intermediate. Also yoga therapy classes. This class includes Warm Up stretches,Basic asanas and Relaxation techniques. If you are a beginner or want to restart your practice, You could register for this session. I give specific attention to your weakness and strength and classes would be designed for same.

Bring your own mat. Wear comfortable and stretchable clothes. Choose a quieter area in your house :-) . And do not drink water in between the practice.

About Me
Hi , I Am a yoga teacher and specialised in Hatha Yoga and Yoga therapy. If you want to start your yoga journey or if you are starting after a break or you want specific issues that can be solved with Yoga, I am the go to person. Yoga has helped me live a better and peaceful life and Would like to share the same with all.

Education
Yoga 200 hr TTC and Yoga Therapy. Completed it from Kerala, India. Kerala is called Gods Own country for the natural gifts the place possesses. I learned Pranic healing from Kerala and as well as Amsterdam.
Experience / Qualifications
Teaching Hatha Yoga since 4 years. Also versed in Pranic Healing . I have started with 1 student in my first class and proud to share that she continued to be one and have reached the Intermediate level in Yoga.
