Hello! I'm Simone, I am an Italian professional viola player who graduated in Italy and at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague.
In my lessons you will learn to enjoy the warm and rich tone that the viola can give you. Together we'll work on finding a comfortable, natural posture that lets the music flow freely. You'll develop an ear for harmony and learn to feel how your body and the instrument work as one, so that you will be able to play for hours without fatigue.

Lessons are for:
• Teenagers starting from scratch or looking to improve their technique
• Adults returning to music who want to rediscover the joy of playing
• Anyone wanting to join youth or amateur orchestras
• Exam or audition preparation

We'll also play duets together - feeling the connection with another musician is among the most efficient ways to learn!

Violin/viola privet lessons for all levels and ages!
I am a viola and violin teacher who graduated from the Royal Conservatory of The Hague with a specialization in Education, as a three-year minor course as part of the Bachelor of Music. I am currently studying for my master's at Codarts Rotterdam.
I have experience teaching music to kids and teenagers, beginners and advanced levels. Adults are very welcome too! :) We will make music together, I accompany my students with my viola or piano (if any). We will also learn music theory integrated with the instrument class.

- Beginner, middle, and advanced level, as well as preparation for entrance exams to Conservatory and support classes for official music schools. I also have experience in preparing for ABRSM (British system) level exams, just let me know your goal and we will work towards that!
- We will work on the technical skills putting the focus on observing the body, in order to build a healthy relationship with the instrument. You will learn also how to practice effectively to overcome the difficulties of mastering that music piece that you love.
- The repertoire could be adaptable to your own taste, not only classical (jazz, tango, blues, soundtracks, etc).

My violin and viola lessons are available for people of all ages, from the ones starting with the instruments until the pre-bachelor level. In my lessons, I carefully teach you how to hold the instrument, the shape of your hands, make a good sound, and how to practice to improve, all tailored to your levels. I believe that improving your instruments requires steady practice and patience at first. Even five minutes a day is better than not touching the instruments at all. If you make it a daily habit for a week, two weeks, a month, six months, or a year, your level will definitely improve, you will be able to play the songs you want to play, and you will experience the joy of playing. Even if you cannot touch an instrument, singing loud out or in your head can still practice, and you will realize how important it is for improving your musical ability and expressing yourself. My name is Sakura. I am a baroque violinist, graduated with a master of early music department at Koninglijk Conservatorium in Den Haag. I play the modern violin, viola, medieval fiddle and keyboard instruments as well.
Happy to share the music with you with all of my experiences of my music life and what I learned. Started playing the piano at 3 years old and the violin at 7 years old, then went to the music high school and Tokyo university of the Art in Japan. Also, I have learned classical ballet, traditional Japanese dance, playing the Koto, etc. All of that experience and fun are in my music. I hope to help you enjoy music even more.

Hi all! My name is Anna Jane, and I am a violinist and teacher based in The Hague. My own musical journey began at age four in Florida with Suzuki training, progressed through classical studies and fiddle jams in Nashville, and culminated in baroque-specific training at The Juilliard School and the Royal Conservatory in The Hague. Throughout my years of studying and performing, teaching has been a constant and meaningful focus. Some of my teaching experience includes:
