Intercultural Business Communication (IBC) offers tailor-made language training in business German, German for diplomats and German for general purposes. You will learn to use the German language in communicative situations and communicate effectively in business and every day situations.
Additionally, IBC offers language consultancy in German, ie proof-reading of your German texts and translating your websites from English or Dutch into German.

In addition to German, I teach Dutch up to and including the level of secondary education and NT-2 to non-Dutch speakers.

I do not assume fixed teaching methods, but tailor the teaching material to you as an individual student as optimally as possible.
In doing so, I make good use of my knowledge from other courses: coaching, counseling, mediation and didactics.

As a retiree I can freely dispose of my time and therefore I am flexible in terms of dates and class times.

Currently, I am studying for a master's degree in Applied Linguistics and Tesol, U.K.My specializations are Business English and exam preparations for Toefl, IELTS, Toeic, Cambridge Advanced and Online Teaching. During my lessons, I utilize coursebooks targeted for these exams and provide additional resources for the students if needed. Hello!
My name is Alice and I'm from Geneva. I just arrived in the Hague to study hospitality management and Business.
I would love to give French, English, or German courses (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, discussion, reading, oral and written comprehension).

As French is my first language and I studied French until I graduated from high school, it's for me more than natural to speak French and teach it.
Having lived in Germany for a few years and having passed exams I was certified with the B2 Telc certificate in grammar. This course provides support with academic writing and presenting. It could take two different formats.

Option 1: general guidance in academic writing and presenting. This could be helpful if you have recently entered or are about to enter a higher education degree. In this case, I would provide the material, such as example essays/presentations that we can work with. In addition, I would provide you with resources that would support you throughout your academic journey.

Option 2: editorial support for your current academic work. This option could be helpful if you need support with your existing academic work. In this case, you, as a student, would provide the material, such as an in-progress research paper or presentation.

In both cases, depending on your needs or interests, the course would focus on covering the key aspects of academic writing and presenting. I consider these aspects to include rhetorical patterns or strategies, syntax, formatting, and style.
