I offer private, semi-private, and group classes both in-person and online. Each session is designed with care, guided by the present moment and the needs of the individual or group.

In addition to classical ballet technique, I include floor barre, gentle warm-ups, and alignment exercises that help support the body’s natural structure. About Me

I’m a professional dancer from Japan, experienced in both classical and contemporary dance. I have performed as a soloist with Cape Town City Ballet, Ballett Vorpommern, Bordeaux National Opera, and the National Ballet of Ireland. I am currently freelancing and based in Berlin.

I teach ballet from beginner to advanced levels, to both students and adults. I offer private coaching for classical variations and contemporary pieces, with a focus on deepening technique through body awareness and joy of movement. I also teach contemporary dance up to an intermediate level, with an emphasis on presence, fluidity, and personal expression.

My classes are more than just about technique—they are invitations to return to the present moment, to discover the power and beauty that already exists within each of us. Whether you are a dancer or a beginner, I hope to support you in unlocking your potential and finding confidence through movement.

Contemporary dance technique - grounded, floorwork, to your needs
Regardless of what level you are, Contemporary Dance can help you feel connected to your own body at a deeper level, learning how to be kind to yourself. Naturally, it will allow you to have more control over your body, and soon enough you will learn to enjoy the music, environment, and even silence, somatically. Private/Semi-private classes are to be customized to your needs and levels. Some of the things I can offer is - basic ballet and contemporary technique - choreography and coaching for recitals and/or competition - grounded movements including a lot of floorwork - improvisation I come from a strong performing background in contemporary dance and improvisation. In addition to ballet classes and stretching, I also provide audition preparation and competition training variations. My ballet class is typically divided into two parts: Barre and Center, which include adagio, pirouettes, and jumps. We can reserve time for pointe technique upon request as well. During classes, attention is given not only to the technical aspects of the combinations provided but also to their musicality and the logic of movements. Detailed analysis is also provided on which muscles should be engaged in each movement and what sensations the student should experience when executing the steps correctly. It would be great if you could share a video of your class or variation performance before our first class. This will allow me to assess your level and make our lesson as productive as possible.
