The classes I offer are always built around specific needs and goals of my clients.

As a former ballet dancer and teacher, I have a strong knowledge of anatomy, which I integrate into my teaching. I like to explain the theory behind the poses, helping you understand not just how to move, but why certain movements benefit your body.

I teach all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, and adjust the practice to fit your pace.

When it aligns with your goals and interests, I introduce breathwork and meditation, creating a more complete mind-body experience.

Each class is an opportunity to move with intention, learn, and develop a practice that truly works for you.

Comfortable clothing is required together with a mat/carpet (preferably a yoga mat). No jewellery and when taught online no disturbances.

I started dancing at the age of 2 in my mother's ballet school and since then I never stopped.

Since the age of 10 I have been guiding younger dancers, teaching is a great passion of mine and I love the psychology and people skills that go behind this transfer of knowledge.

I offer an individual or group Hatha Yoga Sivananda class (maximum 5 people) I trained at the Sivananda Ashram in Orléans during a one-month immersive training course certified by Yoga Alliance.
