Dancer performer and choreographer for over 16 years I became interested in Pilates to perfect my pedagogical approach and bring a better body awareness.
For 4 years after training in Brussels at the Stott Pilates school that I continue, I have taught in this same city to a hundred students in group lessons and private lessons. They were able to report to me little by little their improvements in posture, in muscle and skeletal strengthening, in taming physical injuries, such as reduced stress.

About Me

Liking to transmit my mother tongue and my knowledge, I pay a lot of attention to the needs of learners while guiding them with enthusiasm and curiosity to the infinite facets of this language and its culture. A language must be alive and shared !
My courses are therefore based on didactic methods, current authentic documents and the exchange of knowledge including inter-cultural.

We work on oral (oral production/conversation) as well as writing (systematic exercises/written production/written comprehension/dictation) as well as oral comprehension (news/reports/videos/radios/podcast/interview, etc.) all through immersive courses in French.

A share of regular work is therefore also required by the student (systematic exercises, learning by oneself, quest for vocabulary and definitions, productions, daily practice) in order to best promote their development in the acquisition of French.

I used to go to her classes and would always notice how no matter how I felt before a class, I always came out feeling better after.
