About Me

Teaching has always been a passion of mine, and as far back as I can remember, I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge with others. Even as a child, I was a very good student and would help my classmates with their homework. As a student, I also worked as a tennis coach.

I always wanted to become a teacher. After narrowly missing the French Agrégation in History, life gave me the opportunity to eventually pursue this career by teaching in higher education programs related to my professional field, real estate. I taught in the BTS Professions Immobilières program, at INSEEC Paris (Business School – Master’s degree in Real Estate Engineering), and later as a continuing education trainer for adults throughout France.

I have always favored practical, hands-on teaching methods: real-life situations, role-plays, case studies, and learning by doing, rather than relying primarily on textbooks or overly academic lessons.

I speak very clear and easy-to-understand French. I have also held management positions within companies, which means I am equally comfortable teaching people who want to improve their French for personal reasons and professionals who need to use French in the workplace.
