The first class is introductory. We will meet each and discuss the expectations and your prior experience with yoga, what you want to learn and achieve, and whether you need any special adaptation to injuries/conditions.

About Me
I am a dedicated learner and teacher of yoga. I have a very long practicing history with discovering movements and the potential of the body. And I would love to share all that I have discovered through years WITH YOU :)

International Relations BA degree - University of Warsaw,
Political and Social Studies - Umea University, Sweden,
Certificate of a yoga instructor from "Alliance of Sport Promotion", Warsaw,
Numerous workshops for deepening Ashtanga and Hatha styles knowledge.

Poses include:Child’s Pose,Cat-Cow,Seated Forward Fold,Supine Twists,Legs-Up-the-Wall
Slow transitions with breath awareness
4. Guided Meditation / Body Scan (10 min)
Optional background music
Focus on softening the body and letting go of emotional tension
5. Closing & Affirmation (5 min)
End with a grounding affirmation or quote
Optional journaling suggestion after class: “What am I ready to release today?”
