She was always perfectly prepared, professional, punctual, and at the same time so warm and friendly. From the very beginning, she connected naturally not only with the children, but with us as parents as well. What we appreciated most was her serious and thoughtful approach to understanding exactly where the children currently are in their learning, and where they need to be according to the Dutch school program. Her lessons were creative, structured, deep, and very helpful at the same time. Lucía managed to create a wonderful balance between discipline and kindness, which made the children feel comfortable and motivated every morning.
