I am a 23-year-old student and I have practiced all kinds of sports since childhood, especially gymnastics. I was a gymnastics teacher for 10 years. I can provide you with fitness sessions, whether for muscle building or flexibility! I am open to any request and I am very knowledgeable in this field. I use different approaches depending on each person, which easily helps my students progress very quickly!

I am an active FIDE chess player with many years of over-the-board tournament experience. Most of my chess journey has been self-taught, so I understand how difficult it can be to identify what is holding your chess back and find an effective way to improve. My lessons are adapted to your level, goals and playing style. We can focus on analysing your games, calculation and tactics, positional understanding, openings and typical plans, practical decision-making, or building an effective training routine. My goal is not simply to show you engine moves, but to help you understand why moves work and teach you how to think independently during your games. Lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate players and ambitious club players who want to improve their chess in a structured and practical way.

As a UEFA B qualified coach, I enjoy supporting the development of other coaches as much as I enjoy coaching players. My approach focuses on helping coaches create positive, player-centred learning environments where individuals are encouraged to think, make decisions and develop confidence alongside their technical ability. Rather than simply delivering sessions, I believe in sharing ideas, asking questions and helping coaches reflect on their own practice so they continue to develop long after a coaching session has finished. I encourage coaches to balance performance with enjoyment, adapting sessions to meet the needs of different age groups and abilities while maintaining high standards. By promoting effective communication, thoughtful session planning and continuous learning, my aim is to help coaches build environments where both players and fellow coaches can thrive, develop and reach their potential.
