I am a 23-year-old student and I have practiced all kinds of sports since childhood, especially gymnastics. I was a gymnastics teacher for 10 years. I can provide you with fitness sessions, whether for muscle building or flexibility! I am open to any request and I am very knowledgeable in this field. I use different approaches depending on each person, which easily helps my students progress very quickly!

I provide individualized fitness and rehabilitation-oriented training focused on health, physical function, mobility, strength and sustainable progress. My approach is based on the principle that the gym should first and foremost be about health and well-being. A good physical shape is a valuable bonus, but it should not come at the expense of your health. I work with people at different starting points, including complete beginners and people returning to physical activity after injuries or periods of reduced mobility. My experience also includes working with people with disabilities, limb amputations and knee injuries, adapting exercises to individual physical abilities and limitations. The goal is to build a sustainable relationship with physical activity and help the student become stronger and more physically capable while respecting their current condition. My background in medical rehabilitation supports an approach focused on understanding movement, physical limitations and the process of restoring and improving musculoskeletal function. Whether you are a complete beginner, returning to exercise after an injury, living with a disability or simply looking for a healthier and more sustainable approach to fitness, the training can be adapted to your individual needs and goals.
