Teacher of FLUTE, MUSICAL LANGUAGE/MUSIC THEORY, and HARMONY with several years of experience with children, adolescents, and adults. In class, WE WILL LEARN TO play our instrument, read sheet music, play with other instruments and with karaoke, improvise, create melodies, develop musicality, breathe, improve the quality of sound and the coordination of our fingers, etc. We will do all this through a METHODOLOGY that integrates specific exercises with current songs and/or classic pieces depending on the student's interests and with the use of karaoke for more complete and fun learning. I enjoy teaching both harp and flute at my studio in Worthing and also offer lessons online. I studied at The Royal Academy of Music, London graduating with a first-class Master's degree and an LRAM music teaching qualification. Learning an instrument is a very rewarding and enjoyable experience and I teach students of all ages and abilities from complete beginner to advanced levels. Music theory will be integrated into the lessons and you will have the opportunity to take part in performances and work towards graded exams if you wish to do so or just play for fun! Each lesson will be tailored to the individual pupil’s needs, level, and style. I teach a wide variety of musical styles including Classical, Celtic, Pop, Jazz, and more!
