Transverse Flute Teacher – Personalized Lessons I am a flutist with training at a higher conservatory and experience teaching children and young people at both elementary and professional levels. I offer personalized classes to help you improve your technique, music reading, expression, and confidence with the conservatory or music school repertoire. My goal is for the student to progress with confidence and enjoy learning. I work with adapted materials, extra support outside of class (videos, exercises), and a clear and motivating methodology. In-person classes in Chamberí and surrounding areas (Madrid) or online.

The classes are intended to lead the student towards a better ability to master the instrument and musical subjects, or if they are beginners, to lay good foundations. An important part of the course is dedicated to finding an effective study method suited to the student's attitudes. The instrumental classes include a part of technique according to the level and a part of study of the repertoire. The theoretical classes develop all aspects of musical language (music theory, theory, auditory training and basic singing). In the same class, practice and theory can be brought together. The music history classes have a time dedicated to guided listening and delving into some topics.

I have a lot of professional experience, giving concerts and private lessons, teaching in schools, conservatory, participating in courses, competitions, festivals, playing in orchestras. Like you, one ramdon day I got this little tube in my hands (18 years ago already!!!), and it has been accompanying me since then, playing, studying, and teaching all around Europe. I studied at The Royal Academy of Music, London graduating with a first-class Master's degree and an LRAM music teaching qualification. Learning an instrument is a very rewarding and enjoyable experience and I teach students of all ages and abilities from complete beginner to advanced levels. Music theory will be integrated into the lessons and you will have the opportunity to take part in performances and work towards graded exams if you wish to do so or just play for fun!
