I obtained a certificate of a 200-hour Yoga Vinyasa teaching training and a 50-hour Yin Yoga teacher training accredited by Yoga Allience. I also completed Yoga Vinyasa teacher training according to Basia Łukaszczyk's original program and participated in yoga workshops. Currently, I finished 40-hour Yoga Nidra teacher training. I always create classes based on your needs and wishes. Yoga Vinyasa is a dynamic practice in which breath guides the movement. We will mainly focus on standing and sitting asanas and flowing transitions. This practice warms up the body, strengthens and stretches it. By concentrating on the breath it allows you to rest from the racing thoughts and emotions. Yin Yoga affects deep tissues, including tendons and fascia. It is a static practice in which we stay in deep stretching positions for extended periods of time which allows to increase mobility and range of motion in the joints. In this stillness we devote ourselves to inner work - directing the breath to places that need it the most and observing and calming our thoughts. Yoga Nidra is a magical experience of building the sensation of wholeness within you. It will relax you, may also activate emotions which have been living within you for some time. In Yoga Nidra classes you stay in Savasana or sitting position and follow my voice. Classes include body scanning, breathing technics and visualizations. We try to relax you and at the same time work with traumas, anxiety and other challenging states and feelings. Nidhi helped my daughter (8 years) in the mornings so she could have a fitness routine. She was very patient as it was really difficult to wake my daughter up in the mornings. She was always encouraging her and with a smile in her face. She also talked to her like friends and my daughter felt really confortable connecting with her. Unfortunately, with all the activities with her and my other kids (school extra curricular programs, sickness, etc) and the great time difference between hour countries, we couldn’t find a good time to keep connecting. Mornings were just hard since she is still little and needs to have plenty of sleep and putting her on bed early was not an option with the other kids activities at evenings. We enjoyed the time they connected. My daughter said, Nidhi is really nice.

Catalina is a wonderful teacher! I have just started to play the viola and I am very happy to have found Catalina as my teacher! Catalina is experienced, professional, motivated, creative and patient. She easily adapts to the student's level and tailors each lesson to the student's individual needs. Her teaching approach is original, creative and effective and it is apparent that Catalina enjoys teaching and sharing her knowledge. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for viola lessons.
