I recently graduated with a Master's degree in Mathematics from EPFL, where I also worked as a student assistant for 4 years, notably for the CMS (Special Mathematics Course), the MAN (Upgrade), as well as for several first-year Bachelor's courses. I also served as a corrector for multiple exam sessions and wrote a handout for a course for Master's students in Mathematics at EPFL. Through these experiences, I had the opportunity to support many students in successfully completing their first year, often considered one of the most demanding. Today, I offer private math lessons for all levels, from compulsory school to the federal maturity, as well as for Bachelor students needing support in subjects with a strong mathematical component. Passionate about teaching, what I appreciate above all is seeing students' progress, their confidence and their growing understanding. My methodology is based on an intuitive understanding of concepts, through simple and clear examples, as well as structured support in reasoning. I place particular emphasis on solving exercises, because it is through regular practice that we consolidate our knowledge and truly progress in mathematics.

📚 Private tutoring: Maths & Physics With the start of the school year approaching, it's the perfect time to catch up on any gaps in knowledge from the summer and get off to a good start, or to calmly prepare for a remedial session. I offer one-to-one Maths tuition for GCSE, A-Level, and university students, both online and in person around Birmingham. Whether your child is struggling with the basics, preparing for upcoming exams, or aiming for top grades, I tailor every lesson to where they actually are — not where a textbook assumes they should be. What I cover: GCSE Maths (all exam boards — AQA, Edexcel, OCR) A-Level Maths and Further Maths University-level Maths for engineering and science students Specific topics: algebra, trigonometry, calculus, statistics, mechanics, logic How I teach: I break difficult concepts down into simple steps, use plenty of worked examples, and give students clear practice between sessions. I'm patient with mistakes, encouraging when things feel hard, and honest about what needs work. Lessons are structured but relaxed students should feel comfortable asking "silly" questions, because those are usually the most important ones. Exam season is right now, so if your child has GCSEs or A-Levels coming up, the next few weeks are the most important time to get focused support.
