While creating a repertoire, we will work the ear, rhythm, technique. I focus on practice, improvisation, and the relationship between you and your instrument in order to have fun on your bass. For the past three years, I have been intensively studying the Baroque violin and the music of the 17th and 18th centuries. In my teaching, I convey not only technical fundamentals but also stylistic understanding, phrasing, articulation, and the characteristic sound of Baroque music. In addition, I naturally also teach the classical violin repertoire. Lessons cover playing technique, bowing, intonation, vibrato, scales, musical expression, and efficient practice. In 2026 werd ik toegelaten tot zowel Berklee College of Music (VS) als Conservatorium Maastricht, waar ik ervoor koos mijn studie voort te zetten.
